The Harlequin!

The Harlequin is finally released! My copy has yet to show up in my mailbox....I was hoping it would come today, but no luck. In the meantime, the reviews at Amazon.com are mostly favorable.....For me, I love Anita's world, all of it....the sex, the violence, the vampires, the lycanthropes....all of it. I can't understand why people who are squeamish about what goes on in Anita's life (and bedroom!) are still reading the series. Quite a few of the reviewers mention that the sex is back.....but that it was a full 100 pages before anyone had any.....like that makes a difference. I don't care if the book opens with a bedroom scene! That's Anita's life! If you don't like it, move on!

What's new at Vamp Boards?

Not much, really! Working on a couple of new color schemes, and I have a FAB banner maker making some new header banners for them! I can't wait till it's all set up...this is my favorite part of working on a message board.

The new Anita Blake novel is out in June....everyone's psyched about that. I think I'll be waiting in line at Borders or Barnes and Noble so I can pick up my copy the minute they open the doors. Actually, I think there's a 24-hour Barnes and Noble in Ft. Worth.....hmmmmm! The Harlequin is the name of the new book, and I think it's going to be AWESOME. There's a sneak preview up at Laurell K.
